This is a Cybex child seat purchased in Japan for about 40,000 yen. It also comes with a set of cup holders, which are sold separately.
It has an impact shield that covers the front, and my child liked it because he can lean against it and sleep. When they get older, you can remove it and use it 2-way through a regular seat belt.

Long use type that can be used for up to about 10 years with one unit. Switching from child seat mode to junior seat mode can be completed by simply removing the impact shield.
The impact shield protects the child until the child reaches 105 cm in height, and when the child grows up, the impact shield can be removed and the car seat belt can be used.
Provides safety for your child until he/she is 150cm tall （ around 12 years old ） when they can properly wear a car seat belt.

It is a 2-way one that can be used as a booster seat by removing the top portion and will last a long time.
