Gatherings are open to all. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, please feel free to join us.
The theme of this issue is "Time for Relaxation - Regulating the Parasympathetic Nervous System".
There are two types of autonomic nerves, sympathetic and parasympathetic, which control metabolism, body temperature, and organ function.
The sympathetic nervous system is active ・ and excited, and the parasympathetic nervous system is relaxed ・ and sedated, much like the "gas pedal and brake" in a car.
We modern people tend to have a sympathetic nervous system that is dominant in our daily lives, so it is important to consciously take time to relax.
This time we will practice mindfulness meditation, which incorporates stretching and breathing techniques that are said to make the parasympathetic nervous system dominant.
We are holding this event loosely, so please feel free to join us ♪
We look forward to seeing you all !

I thought it would be more fun to have friends to encourage each other ! than to be alone, so I am looking for more friends.
Let's deepen and expand mindfulness together !
