This full-day tour visits the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve, a nature preserve for the California poppy, and the Antelope Valley Indian Museum.

The California poppy, which blooms bright orange in early spring and early summer, is the state flower of California. There is a flower garden ( and a California State Nature Preserve ) in Lancaster, north of Los Angeles. The site is located in a desert area at an elevation of 2,600 ~ 3,000 feet.

This museum has many exhibits of the Native Americans who once lived in this area and gives a glimpse into the past.
