Japan House 箏（こと）＆津軽三味線ワークショップ

日本の伝統楽器、箏（こと）と津軽三味線のワークショップがJapan Houseにて開催されます。箏（こと）と津軽三味線の生演奏と実際に箏を演奏することもできます。ぜひお気軽にお越しください。無料です。
Program Schedule

2:00 PM – 2:20 PM
Instructors will perform on the koto and shamisen, followed by explanations of each instrument’s history, structure, and sound.
2:20 PM – 3:10 PM
Participants will receive a hands-on introduction to playing the koto. Five koto will be prepared, and instructors will guide participants through “Sakura Sakura,” a well-known Japanese classical piece.
3:10 PM
The session concludes with a final performance.
