After graduating from a culinary school in Tokyo, I have a total of 20 years of experience as a chef in Tokyo and Los Angeles.
I have worked in Japanese restaurants, Izakaya, Yakitori, Robatayaki, Sushi, and Ramen based on Japanese cuisine, and have also worked as a chef de cuisine and head chef.
I came to the U.S. on an E2 Visa when the company I was working for at the time expanded into the U.S. (I am now a Permanent Resident)
I can assist you in opening new restaurants, changing business categories, and brushing up your restaurants to the best of my ability.
