I will be returning to Japan in February and am looking for someone to take on a lease until 5/31/2025.
It has a rooftop and you can use it at any time of the day or night.
The room is shared by 4 people and you share a bathroom with 1 other person.
The room has a balcony and TV. The bed is about a semi-double.
Other furniture is available upon request.
The room is relatively clean with a rooftop.
The kitchen and other furniture are all included.
Close to bus stops, supermarkets, and just a short walk to Santa Monica Beach, UCLA, and other places. There are also many Japanese restaurants, so it is a good place for Japanese people to live.
As for the rent, the initial deposit is about 2 months rent according to the US rules, but you will get it back in May.
