A room in a house near downtown, Pasadena, Glendale, and Highland Park is available for rent!

We are looking for a male roommate to live in a room in a house near downtown, Pasadena, Glendale, and Highland Park for at least 6 months.

The room has a desk, chair, single bed, closet, microwave, mini-fridge, and hot plate.
Bathroom is shared with a male roommate in the next room.
You can use the laundry once a week for free.

If you have a car, you can park it on the street in front of the house. The house is also very conveniently located, with a Metro A line station a 10 minute walk from the house, a Metro bus stop a 5 minute walk away, and the freeway nearby.

There are also supermarkets, STARBUCKS, PANDA EXPRESS, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, IHOP, HOME DEPOT, etc. within 20 minutes walking distance from the house.

No smoking and no pets are allowed on the premises.

The rent is $800/month (including Wi-Fi and utilities) and the deposit is also $800.
