This condo is located near the ocean, 5-7 minutes walk from the beach.
You will have one of the 2 bed/2 bath units with a larger bedroom and a private veranda.
You have your own bathroom, toilet, closet, and veranda. （ One adult only ）

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, etc. The living room and kitchen are shared. Rooms are furnished with bed, desk, etc. Living room and kitchen are shared.
Bicycles will be provided if desired. There are two shared laundry rooms in the condo.

There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym in the condo.
24Hour Fitness is adjacent.
