I am looking for a roommate to live in a quiet, gated townhouse that I am currently renting!

The house is a 3 bed/2 bath on 3 floors (1235 Sq. Ft.) with washer/dryer and AC/heat.
There are 3 rooms on the 3rd floor, 2 of which are currently occupied by women, and the landlord (a male) lives in the garage on the 1st floor with one dog (a husky).
Everything is shared except the rooms.

Room:
6 tatami mats
room key, closet, furnished
new mattress
rent is $ 850 per month including all utilities and wifi
deposit is $ 600

This month February is free ！ You can move in with a deposit of $ 600. Deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the room that needs to be repaired when you move out.

*No pets, guests or smokers allowed.
*Six month contract
*Street parking is available.
*If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop to Torrance/Gardena right in front of the townhouse.

We have a dog, so we hope you are dog friendly, clean, communicate well, and peaceful !
