I am looking for a roommate as 1B1B of 2B2B will be vacant from May 1, 2024 to August 30, 2024.
・ This is one of the nicest type apartments in LA.
・ It has a large living room and a beautiful kitchen. You can use the cooking utensils if you wash them after use.
・ Common space includes a swimming pool ・ gym ・ barbecue space ・ common study room ・ with barbecue space.
・ Lots of windows, courtyard, pool view （ Attached photo ）.
・ 11 min walk from 7th St/Metro, the central Metro stop
（ From 7th St/Metro, you can go to Korean Town, Hollywood, Little Tokyo, Santa Monica, Long Beach, etc. It is very convenient for those who don't have a car. ）
・ Bus stops at 720, 20, 18 are right in front of the building, and bus stops for Dash A, E, Silver Line, etc. are also nearby
・ Supermarket （ usually open from 8am to 11pm ） and Starbucks are in the same building. Starbucks, etc. are located in the same building.
