3 floors, ground floor has only entrance, garage, master room, master room private bath and toilet.
The rooms have closets and windows.

The master private bathroom is across the hallway.
Since the second floor is the living room, we only use the second and third floors and the garage, so the first floor is almost a private floor for the master room.
Cars can be parked in guest parking or on the street.

There is a pool and jacuzzi.
