Hello.
I am looking for someone to fill a beautifully furnished private room （ with a large private bathroom ） in an upscale area of Cheviot Hills/West La. There is also a closet.
15 min drive to UCLA campus. Westfield Century City is a 10 minute drive. Santa Monica Calle is less than a 20 minute drive.
Move-in can be anytime from June 15.
The rent is $ 1650 per month for a one year contract. Short term is also available but rent is variable for short term.
No pets, no couples.
This property is not an apartment, but a private room in a luxurious Italian stair house. The owners are very friendly.
There is no street cleaning in this area and no need to worry about space to park your car.
