The room is bright with high ceilings on the second floor.

・ This is a large home that has been renovated, including new paint.
・ Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared.
・ Refrigerator, washer and dryer just put in new.
・ Spacious kitchen with island.
・ Street parking for your car, but the street in front of the house is almost always empty.
・ Furniture is not included but we can discuss your needs.

・ Only quiet and clean people with good common sense rules.
（ Must be able to follow house rules such as garbage disposal and cleaning ）
・ No pets allowed.
・ No parties, drugs, marijuana, or smoking.
・ No guests allowed.
・ Prefer not to work from home. Please let us know your daily living pattern when you contact us.

・ Rent ＄ 1,250 / month （ Utilities, trash, water, water purifier lease, internet not included / split among residents ）
・ Deposit ＄ 1,250 When you move in, we will repair the room. If there is no damage to the room, we will refund the deposit minus the appropriate cleaning fee.
・ The deposit cannot be used as the last month's rent.
・ The contract of stay is for 1 year （ After that, negotiable ）
