I have a room in an apartment in Burbank.

We are looking for someone to live in an apartment in Burbank, a city near Los Angeles, for a short term.
My former roommate has moved out and I am looking for a new roommate as well as a short term position.

Location is Burbank. This apartment is located within walking distance to downtown Burbank and the Burbank train station. This house is a two-story building with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor, and a unit bathroom. We are offering one of the rooms on this second floor. The other room is occupied by me, a Japanese male in his 40s, and you will share it with me. The other space will be shared with me.

There is little furniture, but there are two air beds as shown in the picture. We also provide balanquettes and sheets. A table and chairs as shown in the picture are also available for your use. You can cook in the kitchen and there is space for a refrigerator. Internet access is also available.

This area is safe and you can walk around even late at night. It is close to downtown Burbank and the Metrolink train station, making it easy to get to downtown LA. The area is also home to many film professionals, musicians, and dancers, and there are many studios nearby for each of them.

The above times are without traffic. Times vary widely depending on the time of day.

I myself am a musician who has lived in LA for over 10 years and I work with sound turned down for composing, DJing, etc. I have never had any problems with noise.
