I am going back to Japan for 6 months to a year from April-May and would like to rent a room on the second floor.　My husband and son live on the first floor. My husband and son may be coming out from the middle of June.

*After my family leaves, it will be ＄ 1200 including rent and utilities

You can use the entrance directly to the second floor. The bathroom will be shared with a student who will be looking for a room upstairs. （ The owner's son uses one bathroom ）


Rent is a six-month contract. Deposit at move-in is half of the rent. If there is nothing to fix, you will be refunded $ 75 for cleaning fee when you move out.
There is a small refrigerator and coffee maker on the second floor, but you can also use the kitchen and all kitchen utensils on the first floor.
No curfew, but no drugs. You can smoke outside the house.　You may invite your friends but no overnight stay.

Townhomes are located in a gated community. There is gate security at the gate for your peace of mind.
Security is on the prowl at night with golf carts.　There are tennis courts and a pool in the community.

We currently have a golden retriever on the first floor. Please do not come if you do not like dogs.
