Work or immigrant visa holders

I am currently living in the US using a J1 visa.
This visa will expire next year, after which I will return to Japan.
But I would like to come back and live here again after that.
So I am looking into companies that offer visa support, but there are only a few that have no experience in the field of work, and the number of companies that offer visa support is very small to begin with.
When I was in Japan, I graduated from a nursery school and became a nursery teacher.
I would like to know from those who have obtained immigrant visas and work visas in a form other than international marriage, what kind of work they are mainly doing now, and what the application conditions were.
I would appreciate any other information you can give me （ except international marriage ） if you are a permanent resident.
