Please help me.

I was in a car accident about 4 months ago. The details of the accident are that I was merging on the highway and did not notice a car stopped in front of me and I rear-ended it. Under the circumstances, I am the complete aggressor.

My car was repairable, but the cost of repairs exceeded the actual value of the car, so it was scrapped. Fortunately, no one was injured in this accident.
