Good Restaurants in Torrance

I have a client coming from overseas and will be in Torrance for business.
Since we are in an area with a lot of Japanese food, we would like to have lunch in the Torrance or PV area.
The day of the week will be either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We would appreciate if the restaurant is elegant with good color material. We are not particular about the type of rice. Kaiseki or sushi, any place from normal to upscale in price is acceptable. Please share your recommendations of restaurants that you think would please our customers.
