Please help my friend's campaign as soon as possible.

A disc in my friend's neck and head punctured his spinal cord and he has suffered daily from seizures, cramps, tension headaches and nausea for over a year. Now both of her legs are also showing symptoms and it is becoming difficult for her to walk without pain. Since I have no medical insurance, the only place I can get free medical checkups is at the hospital emeriti. We are running a campaign to help cover the cost of necessary treatment and urgent need for tests and long term physical therapy.
