I'm having trouble with high medical bills.

I moved to LA from another state and am continuing the same treatment （ injections ） but
my medical insurance company has denied my claim for injections since I moved to Los Angeles.
I am surprised because when I was injecting in other states, my insurance covered it.

When I moved, my previous doctor sent my records to a doctor in Los Angeles,
The doctor in LA referred me to a specialist and I received the injections on the specialist's order.
The way I did it in the previous state hasn't changed, nor has my insurance or the company.
Since the specialist's visit was in-network and the insurance company told me that I would only pay co-pay for the medical care,
I assumed that the injections would be covered by my insurance as well.

The injections were very expensive, （ $12,000 per injection ） I started contacting my insurance company when I received the bill for the first one.
The insurance company told me that they were still pending and that they had requested （ medical records ） from the hospital, so they would review my claim after they received those documents
. I received a notice from the insurance company that my claim had been rejected after the third shot.

I am at a loss as to what to do.
Does anyone know of a lawyer who is good with medical bills ？
