Aging, I feel it, why don't we complain ？.

I have a lot of problems such as gray hair, hair loss, stiffness in my joints, and so on, but in my case, I am fed up with wearing glasses every time I can't see close up because of my presbyopia,
I am thinking about getting an intraocular lens, or maybe I can wear contact lenses ？ If you can give me some advice, that would be great. I would be very grateful for any advice you could give me.
I just have to accept it and live with it ？ （ lol ）
