Bringing "Japanese Rakugo" to the "World of RAKUGO"
This is a lecture on the "New World of Rakugo" by Mr. Tosanoro Yanagiya, who moved to New York and founded the Rakugo Association of America, and works to spread RAKUGO and give Rakugo lectures in Japanese and English throughout the United States.

The Rakugo Association of America (RAA), founded by master rakugo storyteller Tosanro Yanagiya of the Yanagiya family of rakugo, is celebrating its third anniversary.
Master Yanagiya Tosanro became the first rakugo performer to obtain an O visa and immigrate to the state of New York, USA ・.

Master Tosanro Yanagiya (Zabu-chan) and his coach Daiki Nishihara, a board member and Zabu-chan's coach who has supported the RAA since its establishment, will talk about this event.
They will talk about the RAKUGO solo performance at Carnegie Hall in NYC in April 2024, which Zabu-chan talked about in his book "The Art of Reflection to Expand Your Potential", and about the new world of Rakugo and RAA's future challenges.
