● Many Japanese in the US dream of being successful, buying a house or aport, renting it to tenants and dreaming of a secure retirement.

Unfortunately, the tenant may not pay the rent that is due, and the house or apartment may be destroyed or damaged.　In other cases, tenants do not keep the promises they made when they moved in, and there are constant complaints from other tenants, forcing us to evict them.　If the tenant bears the damage and pays the rent in arrears, there is no problem. In reality, however, the tenant may not pay the rent in arrears and may cause significant damage that exceeds the storage or sekiritae deposit.
