PCのモニターとか、購入時にリサイクル料を徴収されると思うのですが、これは、その物を捨てる時にどこかへ持って行けば返金されるものなのでしょうか？

残念ながら、お金はもらえないと思いますよ。ただ無料で引き取ってくれます。むやみに捨てられないですよ。
www.888cleanla.comで調べてください。決められた日に決められたところで、引き取ってくれます。テレビ、ＰＣ，電気製品、ペイント、油、危険物など。
ＰＣのモニターは４回ぐらいここにもって行きました。
