You know what, I don't feel like Los Angeles is a place I'd like to settle down in. first of all, Real estate prices are ridiculous. And I'm not a fan of continual summer weather.
I'm not sure if it's just me, but the city doesn't seem to be getting any better. It looks like people are just pouring in from all over and the city hasn't addressed this with more aggressive housing planning or transportation upgrading/building like New York City. Yes It has a rednecky kind a atomosphere.
