2ベッド1バスのアパートに3年住んでいますが、今年2月になって4月から200ドルレントが上がるという手紙をもらいました。
200ドル上がると毎月のレントが1600
ドルになってしまい、私達にとって無理がありますので、他のアパートに移りたいと考えております。現在サウスベイでの2ベッド1バスの平均家賃はいくらくらいなのでしょうか？
ご存知でしたら教えて下さい。

では１６００ドル分の家賃を支払っているつもりで思い切って購入しましょう。
モービルホームなら２ベッドで１０００ドルくらいの維持費で購入できるらしい。

サウスベイで2ベットで1600は普通か安いほうじゃない？
ところでなんでレントが他に比べてずば抜けて高いサウスベイにこだわる？
安かろう、良かろうなんて調子の良い話はないとおもうよ。
