質問です！
もしもsocial security # も渡さず給料も現金でもらっていて不法就労がイミグレにつかまった場合、
”給料はもらってない”とか言ったらどうなるんでしょう？
”知り合いだから手伝っていた”とか言ってみたり。

それはね、ハッキリ言って本人次第！それを言い通さなければ自分もお店も危ない状況になる。お店は罰金は確実で本人は強制送還になるかなあ？その場で働いてると言ってしまえば負けになってしまうから絶対に手伝っているを通すしかない。もし働いてると言えばそこで手錠がかけられてしまうぞ！その場で手錠さえ掛けられなければ家まで絶対に来ないから大丈夫。法律くさいことを言う奴がいるがそんなのは無視しとけ！もしイミグレーションがあげようと思ったらいくらでもあげられるかなあ！アメリカは犬も歩けば不法移民に当たるという位メチャクチャいとるから心配するな！わかった！
