| 仕事内容 | Production Manager - Full Time Position About the Role: As the Production Manager at Kenchan Ramen, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining the high-quality ramen kits that our customers know and love. You’ll oversee production, quality control, and the day-to-day operations of our kitchen team, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Develop and manage the weekly kitchen schedule for your team - Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Ecommerce Lead to plan and implement production schedules across all sales channels (e.g., farmers markets, ecommerce, wholesale) - focusing on efficiency and minimizing waste - Oversee, track, and place weekly inventory orders with suppliers - Pick up ingredient purchases as needed to maintain smooth operations - Train, guide, and manage new kitchen team members - Supervise all stages of ramen kit production, ensuring consistency and quality at every step - Conversational Spanish ability preferred Compensation Based on experience, discussed at interview --------------------------------------------------- Kitchen staff - Part Time About The Role: As a kitchen team member, you will play a critical role in producing and maintaining high quality ramen kits that our customers know and love. You will help improve processes and take part in R & D of launching new product lines. Responsibilities: All activities involved in producing our ramen kits including but not limited to, - Cooking mushrooms and eggs - Packing and vacuum sealing all ingredients - Labeling, stamping, and assembling the kits - Be a team player and work collaboratively with the team - Interact closely with the founders and team to understand market opportunities/trends, test new recipes, and update the kitchen manual as needed Compensation Starts at $17.28 --------------------------------------------------- 営業スタッフ - Part Time: ファーマーズマーケットでのラーメンキットの販売。 ブースの設置、片付け（カノピー、テーブル、ラーメンキットのクーラーボックスなど） こういう人を探しています！ 1) 英語での商品説明が必要になりますので、英語で簡単な日常会話が出来る方。 2) 人と話すのが好きな方。 3) やる気のある元気な方！ 4) 販売またはカスタマーサービスの経験があれば尚可。 5) 自分の車がある方 6) ブースの設置の際に重たいものもありますので、体力がある方！ 7) 【プラス】LA county, OC county範囲内で遠めの距離の運転も構わない方 約２回程のトレーニング後、お一人で担当していただきます。 時給$18 + コミッション → $18～40/時間 |
