仕事内容 [Job Description]
Will be responsible to communicate with eCommerce Retailers to offer quotations and assist with shipping /logistics setup. This individual will work closely with Sales Team, Overseas group companies, and Vendor Partners to support smooth and efficient Sales transitions and operations.

[Job Responsibilities]
Manage e-commerce retailers.
Prepare shipping and logistics quotations.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, tracking shipments, troubleshooting problems, and resolving customer concerns.
Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
Interact routinely (telephone and email) with Customers, Sales Team, Vendors and Warehouses.
Assist with invoicing and billing issues.

[Basic Qualifications]
Experience in Office work, Customer Service and E-commerce business.
High proficiency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
A professional who is results driven, a self-starter, customer-focused and resilient.

[Preferred Qualifications]
Business level Japanese
給与 年俸 $30 - $40K
