（ English is available, but the owner and the other roommate are Korean, so recommended for those who want to learn and speak Korean ！ ）

・ Furniture ： closet, bed, desk, chair
・ bathroom, toilet shared with another female roommate
・ shared space ： living room, kitchen
*You can do some simple cooking in the kitchen ・ No special rules, but we welcome those who have common sense and good manners （ and who can use the common space ） including bathroom neatly.

rent ： $ 850/month （ electricity, gas, wifi, water ）
1 month rent as deposit （ $ 850 ） required at move-in
