It is a living room, There is no partition, but it is the sunniest room and
it is large enough to have 2 mattresses and a sofa and still have extra space.
You will share a bath with 2 other people.

Desk, chair, sofa, mattress, dishes, drawers and other shelves can be given away if you ask us.

There is a coin laundry attached to the apartment. About $5 per use
There is only one parking space, which is used on a weekly basis.
The street park is usually available, so it is not too inconvenient.

*The room is right next to the entrance and kitchen, so if you are bothered by noise, it may not be suitable for you.
Otherwise, other roommates are basically in their own rooms, so
you can live without much concern.
