Recommended hair salon for men.

I am looking for a hair salon in the South Bay that does a good job of cutting young men.
My 16 year old son recently went to a local barber's shop with an American friend for a cut and the results were very bad. （ lol ）
He wants a modern style haircut, he doesn't want it to be floppy and he also wants to use WAX for the finish.
My hair salon is for women, so I don't know where to go.
If you have any recommendations for a young male stylist, preferably at a reasonable price, I would appreciate it ？
I would also appreciate it if you could give me some information on what I should not do here.
