Caseload Ratios: Seeking Community Input!

Harbor Regional Center (Harbor) is seeking your input about our caseload ratios. A caseload ratio measures the number of individuals assigned to one Service Coordinator. Harbor’s caseload ratios have been too high in some areas. This means, in some cases, too many individuals are sharing a single Service Coordinator.
Welfare and Institutions Code 4640.6(f) requires the regional center to submit a plan of correction when caseload ratios are not met for two consecutive reporting periods.

National Core Indicator (NCI) Surveys Coming Soon!
Update as of February 2024: State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) will be mailing out surveys to families in your preferred language beginning this month through June 2024. Your input is valuable!
The National Core Indicators (NCI) Survey is used by the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to assess performance in services and supports provided to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
