Bathroom is inside the room so you don’t need to get out of your room !

I am looking for someone who has manner and common sense. ( Male or female )

WiFi, Direct TV, Gym, Bed, desk, chair, book shelf, TV. Cooking tools and dishes.
Street Parking (easy to find) or Permit (if prefer)
Utility 40% of total.

Very safe area. You can walk in the neighborhood at night. you would see people walk their dogs.
Easy access to Santa Monica College, UCLA, Japanese markets and Bus & Train stations.
One month deposit.
